We've combined several of the most popular FMF products for the Suzuki DRZ400S and DRZ400SM into a handy package deal. The FMF PowerCore4 Slip-On muffler, combined with an FMF PowerBomb header, provides a direct bolt-on hi flowing exhaust system, and the optional Jet Kit will get your bike running correctly and help take advantage of the new performance exhaust system. You can also add a Kientech Fuel Screw and either a No Toil or K&N Air Filter to the package as well.

We have this exact system on our 2016 DRZ400SM Project Bike, and love it. Besides the exhaust system, we also did the 3x3 airbox mod, replaced the stock air filter with a K&N air filter (see option below), and jetted the carb with a JDJetting Jet Kit (see option below). These relatively simple modifications totally transformed the performance and sound of the bike, and we highly recommend it for any DRZ400S or DRZ400SM rider! If you're riding your DRZ with the stock exhaust, or even a slip-on, you are really missing out on the performance gains you get out of a full system like this.

We get a lot of questions on what the different exhaust systems sound like. The FMF PowerCore4 sounds excellent. It is slightly louder than the FMF Q4 System we have on our other DRZ400SM Project Bike, but has a slightly better tone to it IMHO. It is not annoyingly loud in my opinion, like some exhaust systems can be.
