Graves Motorsports Aluminum BLACK Slip-on Exhaust System (with titanium tubing) for the Honda CRF450RL + CRF450L + CRF450X motorcycles (2019+).

This is a SLIP-ON muffler only. Graves does offer a matching header pipe, which can be purchased directly from them later, if you decide to upgrade to a full exhaust system.

Standard Features/Benefits:

New BLACK Octagon Silencer Design Featuring: Aluminum silencer body with Stainless end cap and a Carbon Fiber beauty cover. The new silencer has greater volume for reduced sound, long life and a deep throaty exhaust note

The slip-on silencer is designed as a one piece unit that slips onto the stock header system. The silencer body has one integrated mounting tab for a clean strapless design. The tailpipe/silencer pipe secures to the motorcycle using the included clamp.

Standard forestry approved quiet core / spark arrestor is included

Ti components constructed from High Heat Aerospace Grade Titanium that resists breaking down up to 800* Celsius 1472* F

Weight:
Since the Graves system is made completely of titanium, with a carbon endcap on the muffler, it's VERY lightweight. Overall weight savings after installing the Graves full titanium exhaust is about 9 lbs compared to stock!

Stock Exhaust: 13 lbs.

Graves Exhaust: 4.8 lbs

Sound:
On our project bike, we're running the exhaust with the spark arrestor / dB reducer installed. The sound is really good... has a similar note to the Yoshimura RS-4 we had on the bike previously, but it's just slightly louder, with a little bit deeper tone. It is NOT as loud as an FMF PowerCore 4 exhaust.

Tuning:
When installing this slip-on exhaust on a Honda CRF450L/RL, you should tune the bike appropriately with something like a Vortex ECU, which is highly recommended to get these bikes running properly.
