We've combined several of the popular Zeta Armor Hand Guard products into a convenient package deal. This package includes a pair of Zeta Armor Hand Guards (Bend Style) and you can optionally add your choice of the plastic Zeta XC Protectors or slightly larger Zeta XC PRO Protectors and integrated LED turn signals which integrate into the plastic protectors.

FITMENT AND CLAMP SIZING:

General Fitment:
Zeta Armor Hand Guards will fit pretty much any bike that has traditional off-road style handlebars that are hollow on the ends. They should work on most dual sport, supermoto or off-road motorcycles. The handguard clamp style/size you choose will be based on your handlebar size... stock bars are typically 7/8 inch and some aftermarket bars are 1 1/8 inch. The stock Yamaha WR250R/X, Honda CRF250L, CRF450L/RL, and Suzuki DRZ400S bars are 7/8". The Suzuki DRZ400SM has 1 1/8" bars. If you are unsure of your handlebar size, look at your handlebars closely... if they taper up and get larger towards the center of the bars where they mount, they are 1 1/8", otherwise they are 7/8". Also, typically a 7/8" bar will have a cross brace, whereas a 1 1/8" bar will not.

** 2025+ Suzuki DRZ4SM / DRZ4S Fitment:
The new Suzuki DRZ4S and DRZ4SM come from the factory with handlebars that have M12 (12mm) size threaded inserts in the ends of the handlebars, which makes installing handguards a challenge. These Zeta Armor handguards come with a handlebar insert kit that contains M8 (8mm) size bolts, which will not thread into those M12 inserts. We have had a few customers fit these handguards to their DRZ4 a couple different ways (see Disclaimer Below):
- OPTION 1: Order two sets of these M12 to M8 adapters from Amazon (you need two sets because the size you need is the M8x1.25, and they only include one of those in the set of 3, so you need to order quantity two). These adapters can be threaded into the handlebar inserts on each side, and then you can use the M8 bolts that come with the handguards, to secure the handguards to the ends of your handlebars.
- OPTION 2: Order these M12 to M8 Thread Reducers from Amazon. These can be threaded into the handlebar inserts on each side, using Loctite to make sure they stay put. You can then use the M8 bolts that come with the handguards, to secure the handguards to the ends of your handlebars.
- OPTION 3: Replace the stock handlebars with a hollow ended handlebar like the Renthal Fatbars, which came stock on the earlier model DRZ400SM's.

** DISCLAIMER: We have not tried any of the options above ourselves, we're just passing this information on to anyone trying to fit handguards to the new DRZ4.

Optional integrated LED turn signals available with either Orange (Amber) or Smoke lenses

NOTE 1: If you have longer levers on your bike, and need extra clearance with the handguards, check out the Zeta Handguard Option Bar End Plugs. These mount between the Zeta handguard and handlebar end, acting as sort of a spacer to push the handguards out about 1/4" from the handlebar end, which then allows for better clutch and brake lever clearance.

NOTE 2: If you order these hand guards with the optional integrated LED Flashers, and want the LED's to also operate as running lights, you may want to order our 12oClockLabs Running Light Adapters. This device can be wired in at the time of installation and will make the integrated LED's in the hand guards also operate as running lights.

NOTE 3: Optional Zeta Upper Triple Clamp Mount available separately, and can replace the harndlebar clamps that come with these. The triple clamp mount is the most secure way to mount the handguards and help keep them from rotating on the handlebar in the event of a crash.
