Most of the aftermarket skid plates for the Tenere 700 are big, bulky and expensive. If you're not using your T7 much off-road and don't need a big and bulky skid plate, but want something nicer looking than the stock skid plate and offering a bit more protection, this skid plate from Acerbis might be worth a look.

It's very lightweight, covers and protects the header pipe, oil filter and sides of the frame... plus it has a built-in lower shock linkage guard. Since it's made mostly out of plastic, you will also get less noise and vibration out of it compared to aluminum skid plates.
