In our opinion, this is the best skid plate available for the Yamaha Tenere 700. The new Pro LG skid plate for the Yamaha 2021 and 2022 and up Tenere 700 is now available from Moose Racing! Made by AXP Racing in Europe, and imported by Moose, it is constructed from 8mm thick HDPE plastic, the skid plate is mounted at the OEM mounts directly on the frame, and also features a large plastic piece at the rear to reinforce the skid plate and protect the exhaust in case of big impact. The skid plate offers complete protection for the water pump, side stand sensor, and case, plus the built-in linkage guard protects your lower shock linkage from damage.
