We've tried several different slip-on's and full exhaust systems on our 2021 KTM 690 SMC R project bike, and finally settled on the Leo Vince Nero Full Exhaust System as our favorite for these bikes. We think it's one of the nicer systems available at this price point. It looks great, sounds great, and definitely helps improve performance when the bike is tuned appropriately.

Tuning:
When running a FULL aftermarket exhaust like this one on the KTM 690 / Gas Gas 700, you definitely want to make sure the bike is tuned properly since the stock fueling will be too lean for a full system. On our 2021 KTM 690 SMC R project bike, we've installed this full exhaust system, as well as a Rottweiller intake and canister delete. To tune the bike properly, we've also added Rottweillers fueling dongle and a Power Commander 6. We source a map for the PowerCommander from Rottweiller (around $50-75) that is appropriate for this setup. The bike runs great, and performance was notiecably improved, especially in the lower end of the power band.
