We think it's one of the nicer systems available at this price point. It looks great, sounds great, and definitely helps improve performance when the bike is tuned appropriately. Tuning: When running a FULL aftermarket exhaust like this one on the KTM 690 / Gas Gas 700, you definitely want to make sure the bike is tuned properly since the stock fueling will be too lean for a full system. On our 2021 KTM 690 SMC R project bike, we've installed this full exhaust system, as well as a Rottweiler intake and canister delete. To tune the bike properly, we've also added Rottweilers fueling dongle and a Power Commander 6. We sourced a map for the PowerCommander from Rottweiler (around $50-75) that is appropriate for this setup. The bike runs great, and performance was noticeably improved, especially in the lower end of the power band. We've tested this product on our 2021 KTM 690 SMCR Project Bike. FIT AND FINISH: Fitment of this Leo Vince Nero full exhaust on the bike is excellent, and installation was very quick and simple. SOUND: We've tried a few different exhaust systems on our KTM 690 SMCR Project Bike. Most recently we had the Arrow slip on installed, and I really liked that one if you're just looking for a slip on. Next we decided to try out a full exhaust system, as well as Rottweiler intake kit, Powercommander and Rottweiler tune. Having had Leo Vince exhaust systems on a few other bikes, I thought we'd try their Nero system out. I couldn't be happier. It looks great on the bike, and the sound is just about perfect for me. I'm not a fan of loud exhaust systems, and this one is just right with the quiet insert installed (it was just a bit too loud without it). With the Rottweiler intake and a PowerCommander map that they supplied, the bike runs perfectly. It's such a monumental difference compared to the stock bike.
