   On a bike like the Kawasaki Z900 / Z900RS, it's important to add protection for the front/rear axle nuts, brake calipers, lower forks, swingarm, etc. One simple way to do that is by adding front axle sliders and rear swingarm spools. The Evotech front axle sliders not only protect the front fork, but also just look better than an exposed axle. The Evotech swingarm spools not only allow you to use a rear lift stand to lift the bike, but they are also large enough to act as sliders and protect the swingarm. Super easy install with all mounting hardware included. These will fit both the Z900 Standard as well as the Z900RS / Cafe Modern Retro bikes! NOTE: Evotech also makes a rear axle slider for these bikes, but since Kawasaki uses a cotter pin through the rear axle on the left side axle nut, many of our customers didn't want the rear axle slider because they'd need to remove that cotter pin. So, that's why we're substituting the swingarm spools with this kit instead of the rear sliders.
