We had the Barkbusters LED running lights installed, and wired to work on the Transalp. Scroll through photos above to see exactly what you get with the kit. Regular price on the full setup (Barkbusters handguards, Storm protectors, LED's, Accessory Harness) brand new would be just over $300. We only have ONE (1) set available at the price listed. FITMENT: 2023+ Honda Transalp XL750 (with stock handlebars) WHAT YOU GET: Installation on 2024+ Honda Transalp XL750: What you get in this used kit is exactly what we had installed on our Honda Transalp XL750 Project Bike. Installation of the handguards themselves is pretty simple since they are designed specifically for the stock handlebars on the Transalp XL750. The Storm plastic protectors screw to the front of the aluminum handguard frames. These will have the Barkbusters LED running lights pre-installed in them, and the wiring is configured the way we had it wired on our project bike so that these LED's would operate as running lights. To power the LED's you have to find an ignition switched power source to wire the LED's to... this will vary from bike to bike, and on the Transalp we found a wired plug up under the TFT dash that is used to connect the Honda Accessory 12V Socket (Honda Part #: 08U71-MKK-D00) that installs on the left side of the dash by the TFT display. We used posi tap connectors to tap into the wire and get power to the LED's. This wired plug we tapped into does not have power to it, unless you also install Honda Accessory 12V Fused Socket Harness (Honda Part #: 08E70-MLC-A00) which plugs in up under the seat, and we include this harness with the handguards. That simply plugs in up under the seat, and then that wired plug up under the TFT dash will have power to it, and can illuminate the LED's. ** IN STOCK - Usually leaves our warehouse in 1-3 business days. |
