One of the Tenere 700's weak points is the brakes. Replacing the stock brake pads with Galfer’s front and rear brake pads will make a vast improvement in your bikes overall braking. Galfer pads are the pad of choice for high performance street or off-road use.

We've put together this brake pad set that includes two pairs of front HH Sintered Compound pads and a pair of rear Semi Metallic Compound pads.
Front Pads: For the front pads we recommend Galfer’s HH Sintered Compound
HH Sintered Compound compound delivers excellent feel and modulation.
Better initial bite than the OEM front pads
Advanced ceramic brake pad composites ready to withstand higher temperatures than regular semi-metallic carbon brake pads.
Very aggressive brake pad with good initial bite and lasting power.
Front of the T7 requires two pairs of pads to accomodate the dual front rotors
Rear Pads: For the rear pads we recommend Galfer’s Semi Metallic Compound
Great feel and modulation for OEM brake pad replacement.
Long lasting brake pad and very little rotor wear.
Good in wet and/or dry conditions.
Overall a very versatile brake pad compound for almost every need.
Provides a more linear feel than the OEM's on/off feel
