DESCRIPTION:
The Corbeau Forza seat provides racers with a full competition seat at an unbeatable price. The Forza is designed to fit up to a 36-38" waist and is available in black, red, blue or yellow. Standard features include: tubular steel frame, injection molded foam, integrated full body support, 5-point harness capability, leatherette high-wear patches, and Pirelli webbing.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
The Forza seat and Corbeau bracket/slider fit the car well. Installing the bracket is quick and simple - four allen screws attach the seat to the bracket/slider, then the whole assembly is bolted into the stock seat mounting holes. Overall seat height in the Impreza is about 1" lower than the factory seat, which improves helmet clearance for taller drivers. If you are under about 5'7" tall, you may want to consider shimming the seat so it sits a bit higher, or have custom brackets made to customize the height.

INSTALLATION INFO:
Installing the Corbeau Forza takes between 20 minutes and an hour for each seat, depending on the installer’s experience. Below is more info on the installation in a 2001 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS.

Installing the custom Corbeau bracket was simple. The seats are attached to the bracket with 4 allen screws. Once that is done, the whole assembly is bolted into the stock seat mounting points.

The Forza seat and custom bracket/slider went in the car very easily. I found it easiest to start with the rear bolt near the center console, then install the other rear bolt, then lastly the front two bolts. Overall seat height is about 1" lower than the factory seat height.

5 Point Harness Capable5 Point Harness Capable
The Forza seat is designed for 5 point harness use, but also works great with the Schroth Rallye 3 and 4 harness belts for autocrossing. With these belts, be careful when threading the harness through the shoulder slots because you can pop out the plastic grommets in the seats.

Seat bracket bolts directly to the stock seat mounting points and makes for a very clean install. Seats can be slid back and forth with slider mechanism, but because of the fixed back design of this seat, access to the rear seats is not as good as with the stock seats.

Corbeau Forza Seat vs Factory SeatCorbeau Forza Seat vs Factory Seat
As you can see the Forza is much more aggressive than the factory 2.5 RS seats, and is designed for racing applications. The seat is probably best for people with a 34" waist up to about a 36-38" waist. Anything smaller and you would probably want to go with the Corbeau Clubman or Sparco Rev/Evo.
