NRC made a minor change to the kit for better tail light lens clearance. The New Rage Cycles ( NRC) fender eliminator / tail tidy for the Ducati Hypermotard 698 / RVE retains the trick stock tail light / brake light, but replaces the stock license plate/turn signal mount that hangs down off the rear fender, replacing that with a much nicer looking piece that holds your license plate. Also included with that is an LED license plate light. The kit also includes LED tun signals that tuck up under the rear fender. You can adjust your license plate angle from standard position to tucked. The kit is completely plug and play, very easy to install, which saves you time and money, allowing you to plug in and ride. FITMENT: 2024+ Ducati Hypermotard 698 / RVE STANDARD FEATURES: ** OPTIONAL: License Plate Frame: (adds to package price) The NRC fender eliminator kit comes with a license plate bracket that your plate attaches to. We also offer this black license plate frame, which surrounds your plate, and really finishes off the look. It is stamped steel, and painted satin black. Fits US spec license plates that are 7" x 4". (click for photo) EXHAUST FITMENT NOTES: Here is how the NRC Fender Eliminator Kit fits with the various Hypermotard 698 exhaust systems. The license plate mount on this kit can be run in a standard or tucked position, so we've tried to document fitment with both of those. As we get more info about how other exhausts fit, we will add to this section... Stock Exhaust: Fitment is excellent, can run license plate in either standard or tucked position. Termignoni Exhaust: Fitment is excellent, can run license plate in either standard or tucked position. Shift Tech Carbon Exhaust: Fitment is excellent with license plate in the standard location. Mufflers are mounted a little too far in though, so you can't really run the license plate in the tucked position. Akrapovic Exhaust: Fitment is good, can run license plate in either standard or tucked position. The Akrapovic mufflers are longer than most of the others, and they actually will stick out slightly past the license plate. In standard position, mufflers clear the license plate by about 1/4" on each side. Tucked license plate will be a bit closer to the mufflers SC Project SC1-S Exhaust: The mufflers on this exhaust are mounted further in and close to the frame than many of the other systems. It's a very tight fit with the license plate in the standard position, we actually had to bend the license plate bracket just slightly to curve it out on both sides so it would clear the very tip of the mufflers. Once we did that, fit was fine. No real way to run the license plate in tucked position because the mufflers are mounted in to far compared to the stock mufflers. DEMO VIDEOS (from SRmoto's YouTube): A couple video clips showing the NRC Fender Eliminator Kit, and it's LED turn signals, along with the Front Integrated LED Turn Signals from NRC as well as the ones we have installed in our Zeta handguards... * NOTE: In some of our videos, the LED turn signals seem to be hyper flashing, but that is because we just have the ignition on. When the bike is running, the LED turn signals will flash at the normal speed. Install Video (from NRC's YouTube): Installation of this fender eliminator kit is very simple. Just follow the instructions in the video below...  We've tested this product on our Ducati Hypermotard 698 Project Bike. The NRC fender eliminator / tail tidy kit is fully plug-n-play, so installation is very simple. Fitment on the bike is excellent, and it looks so much better than the stock license plate mount and factory turn signals. NRC did a great job with the design of this kit, the way their LED turn signals hug the very edge of the rear fender.
