 Home > Moto Parts > Ducati Hypermotard 698 Parts > Ducati Hypermotard 698 Project Bike For this round of modifications, we've added some protective bits from Evotech Performance to our Hyper 698, including front and rear axle sliders, swingarm spools, and a radiator guard. The Evotech stuff is really nice and fits without any hassles, plus it looks great on the bike. The Evotech radiator guard (shown above) is a must on these bikes, since the bike comes stock with just a cheap plastic guard to protect that expensive radiator from stuff flying up off that front tire.
Front and Rear axle sliders are also a must to protect the swingarm, forks, and so on. The Evotech swingarm spools thread directly into existing holes in the swingarm, and allow you to lift the rear of the bike using a lift stand like the one we use from Pit Bull. They also provide additional protection since they act as sliders as well. We also installed a Ducati Performance Sump Guard to protect the bottom of the engine.
