 Home > Reviews/Installs > Schroth Rallye 4 for the BMW E46 3 Series DESCRIPTION: Schroth has finally designed a Rallye 4 harness belt specifically for the E46 3 series BMW. These belts offer "clip-in/clip-out" convenience with a minimal amount of installation. Once installed, they simply click into the female part of the BMW factory seat belts! For quite some time, Schroth has been supplying high quality and well built seat harnesses for professional and enthusiast racers. The quality is so good and the product is so well tested that they are the only harness to carry DOT approval for street use. This harness belt features asm technology, a 4-point mounting configuration with four individual adjusters, and a quick-release buckle that disconnects tail strap to allow occupants easy access to rear seats when the Rallye 4 harnessbelt is not in use. The dual tail strap is designed to clip into the two stock rear seat lap belt female connectors - the 'D' and 'E' points. Installation takes between 30 minutes and an hour and a half, depending on the installer’s experience. Once installed, the belts simply click into or out of the female connectors of the BMW factory seat belts. NOTE: These harnesses will not work in an E46 convertible.
