Renthal front sprockets are precision CNC-machined to extremely tight tolerances to give the ultimate combination of strength and light weight. Features specially developed Nickel Chrome steel, case hardened core refined to give the ultimate combination of strength and hardness.

One (1) Renthal Twinring™ Rear Sprocket:

Inner ring is the same high strength Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum used for the standard Renthal sprocket

Outer ring is electro-less nickel coated steel for ultimate durability and is designed with the minimum amount of material to keep weight down

The outer ring is expanded at 200°C and then fitted over the inner; this interference fit combined with the wave pattern ensures a permanent bond for the life of the chainwheel

The flat socket head screws add additional strength to the chainwheel during side impacts and eliminates contact with the chain guide

Self cleaning mud grooves between each tooth prevent dirt build upand reduce chainwheel wear and weight

Will outlast a standard all aluminum sprocket by 3 times, yet is much lighter than an all steel rear sprocket

One (1) D.I.D 520 ERVT Racing Chain:
Some bikes like the Honda CRF450L/RL reequire a slightly narrower 520 size X-Ring chain, to avoid rubbing on the engine case by the front sprocket. Designed for enduro and dual sport motorcycles that require a slightly narrower chain, the D.I.D 520 ERVT Racing Chain is your answer. These chains feature the low-friction D.I.D X-Ring, for greater performance and longer wear.

Suitable for up to 500cc motorcycles

Narrower design for bikes that have chain rubbing issues

Average tensile strength of 8,440 lbs.

X-Rings have greater sealing surface and less friction than O-Ring chains

Gives your bike the factory works look

Available in 520 size and 118 or 120 length in gold

Clip style master link included, Rivet style available and can be added as an option
