If you're looking for the best handguard setup for your CRF450L, CRF450RL (or 450X), we've put together this package deal based exactly on what we've installed on our CRF450RL Project Bike. This package consists of our very popular Zeta PRO Armor Handguards, and utilizes either Zeta's triple clamp mounting kit to attach the handguards to the bikes top triple clamp or their U-Clamp type handlebar clamps. Optionally, you can add Zeta XC or XC Pro plastic protectors as well as integrated LED turn signals.
NOTE: These handguards will work great with the bikes stock 7/8" Renthal handlebars, as well as most aftermarket 1 1/8" handlebars like Pro Tapers or Renthals. Keep in mind that if you use risers to raise your handlebars too high, the triple clamp mount mounting kit might not work, and you may need to use one of handlebar clamp mount kits instead.

U-CLAMP TYPE can be used to attach handguards to your handlebars. The unique U-Shape design will help clear clutch cable / brake lines. Choose 7/8" or 1 1/8" depending on your handlebar size. Stock CRF450L/RL handlebars are 7/8".
STANDARD CLAMP can be used to attach handguards to your handlebars. The unique two-piece clamp design provides some adjust-ability since the clamp pivots at the center. Choose 7/8" or 1 1/8" depending on your handlebar size. Stock CRF450L/RL handlebars are 7/8".
SIDE MOUNT TYPE can be used to attach handguard to the top triple clamp on your CRF450L/RL/X with top triple clamp fork bolts attached from the side. Now includes longer 70mm bolts specifically for CRF450L, CRF450RL and CRF450X.

If you order the optional Integrated LED Turn Signals for the handguards, we also recommend the 12oClockLabs Running Light Adapters be wired in with the LED turn signals. The CRF450L has front turn signals/flashers that also operate as running lights. If you install aftermarket LED turn signals/flashers, you will lose the running light feature, but you can retain your running lights by installing our 12oclockLabs Running Light Adapter.
Simple plug-n-play install with CRF450L front turn signal connector plugs pre-installed.
(**OPTIONAL) INTEGRATED MIRRORS: (adds to package price)
If you want basic mirrors that provide descent visibility, we offer mirrors that integrate into the Zeta XC Protectors on the Zeta Armor and PRO Armor handguards. These mirrors are tucked into the handguard protectors and therefore are pretty hidden, which also makes them less likely to get damaged in a drop or crash. Visibility out of them is good, but you can't see out of them as well as the DoubleTake Enduro mirrors or Supermoto mirrors we also sell.
