ASV was the first company to come out with levers that fit the new CB750 and that's what we've installed on our Honda CB750 Hornet project bike and have been running them now for the last few months. We've used the ASV F3 series levers on several of our project bikes, including our Yamaha MT-09 SP and Ducati Hypermotard 698, and they are some of the nicest levers on the market. They work great on the Hornet... fit perfectly, and look so so trick!   The photos above show a size comparison of the stock CB750 levers and the ASV F3's in the 2 finger shorty length. If you like a shorter 2 finger lever, go with the short version. Otherwise if you are happy with a longer OEM style lever, go with the standard length which is about the same length as stock. The ASV F3 levers feature an unbreakable lever with pivoting design, as well as adjustable reach with 4 inches of range via the micro-indexing dial reach adjuster.
