NOTE: After a few requests from customers who are sourcing their own mirrors, we've made the CRG bar end mirrors an optional part of the kit. That being said, we highly recommend the use of CRG mirrors with this kit. We feel they are the best mirrors on the market, and also like the fact they are made in the USA (just like the Rhino bar end slider mirror mounts included in the kit). To order your kit, just select from the selection dropdowns, then add to your cart.
Looking for the best way to mount bar end or clamp-on style mirrors on your Honda CB750 Hornet ? Keep reading. On our 2025 Honda CB750 Hornet Project Bike, we noticed right away that the stock mirrors didn't provide good visibility, and you're basically staring directly at your shoulders. Plus we didn't like they way they looked.
We immediately pulled those mirrors off the bike, and have installed CRG bar end mirrors with these trick Rhino Moto Bar End Sliders that have Mirror Mounts built into them. The Rhino bar end sliders replace the cheap plastic bar ends that come on the Hornet CB750, and they not only mount your mirrors, but they also act as sliders and protect the ends of your handlebars in the event of a drop or crash. Scroll through the photos above to see various photos of them installed on our project bike.
We also offer optional Mirror Hole Plugs to plug the holes left when removing the stock mirrors. These are available in several colors.
Mounting the Mirrors: Using the Rhino Moto bar end mounts, you can mount the mirrors above the bars, like we do on our project bike (as shown in photos), or you can mount them below the bars and angled down. We prefer mounting them above the bars because they are easier to see out of that way, plus we just prefer that look. When you mount them below the bars, and angled down, your arms end up being in the way when you try to look at the mirrors. Additionally, on some bikes, mounting them under the bars may cause them to contact the gas tank when the handlebars are at full lock.

These mirror mounts feature steel bodies for vibration-dampening weight, replaceable polymer buttons for the sliding surface and a groove that accepts bar end mirrors designed to clamp on to 7/8″ bars. Adapters are included that fit bars with inner diameters ranging from .675″ to .725″ (17.1mm to 18.4mm).
2 mirror mounts with buttons (flat buttons, black, Gen 2 design)
Choose between the following mirrors...
2" round CRG Blindsight mirrors
2" round CRG Blindsight LS (Lane Splitter) folding mirrors
3" round CRG Hindsight LS (Lane Splitter) folding mirrors
4" long CRG Arrow Mirrors
You get a pair of whichever mirror you choose
The CRG LS (lane splitter) mirrors, and the CRG Arrow mirrors, have a unique design that allows them to be folded out of the way when necessary. The non LS mirrors are a fixed mount.
Our favorite mirrors on the CB750 Hornet would have to be the CRG Arrows and the CRG Blindsight LS's. The Arrows have an angular shape, which looks great with the angular lines on the CB750. The Blindsight LS's are one of our favorites because of their small size, and even with the smaller size, you can still see fine out of them. If you want something a bit larger, go with the Hindsight LS's.
(**OPTIONAL) CB750 Mirror Hole Plugs: (adds to price) (click for photo)
When you remove your stock CB750 Hornet mirrors, it leaves threaded holes in the clutch and brake perch. We offer these anodized mirror hole plugs in several colors, that thread into those holes, for a more finished look. You get a pair of them.
NOTE ON CRG MIRRORS: We sell genuine CRG mirrors, purchased from one of the two CRG distributors in the US, they are not counterfeit knock-offs. If you find CRG mirrors on eBay or Amazon at substantially discounted prices, they are more than likely counterfeit. This has become a big problem with certain motorcycle brands on eBay and Amazon. Please don't support these counterfeiters by purchasing from them! Buyer beware.
