Our on-line store is powered by Aabaco Small Business, and uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browser windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time a Store asks for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it'll be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers. Our store is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Aabaco Small Business will conduct periodic audits as required to maintain compliance with the PCI DSS as a service provider.
Why your credit card BILLING address is important
When you place an order through our website using a credit card, the billing address you enter is ran through an Address Verification System (AVS) to make sure the address you entered matches what the credit card company has on file. This is done to help prevent credit card fraud, which is prevalent on the internet these days. If the address you enter does not match, your order will be flagged in our system as "Pending Review". We have to then review the order and possibly contact you to see why the address doesn't match. So, if you want your order processed and shipped quickly, make sure you enter the correct billing address. And if you also enter a different address to ship to, this can slow things down too, because we then have to somehow try and verify that address is legitimate. On orders over about $500 we may refuse to ship to anything but the verified BILLING address. Again, this is to try and prevent fraud.

** Due to the high volume of sub $100 orders we're receiving during this busy time of year, we've had to add a small handling charge to smaller orders.
Shipping is typically via UPS Standard Ground, but sometimes smaller items will be sent via Priority US Postal Mail. Corbeau and Sparco seats/brackets/harness belts, and most motorcycle exhaust systems are shipped via Fed Ex or UPS Ground only (the boxes are too large for Next Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day shipping).
For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and other locations outside the Continental US, shipping will be more than what is shown above. Our shopping cart will estimate the shipping charges at the time you place the order.
Shipping for Corbeau and Sparco Auto Racing Seats
Due to the high cost of shipping, single seat orders (quantity of 1) no longer qualify for free shipping. Shipping has gotten so expensive, that we lose money on these orders, so we've decided to split shipping costs with our customers. If you order a single racing seat, we will contact you and let you know your cost.
Orders for a pair (quantity of 2) of seats will still qualify for free shipping.
Shipping To Canada
At this time, we are not shipping to Canada.
SPECIAL NOTICE ON SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES:
For faster order processing, we recommend shipping to your credit card BILLING address. If you enter different billing and shipping addresses, it may slow down order processing because we have to try and verify the shipping address prior to shipment (for fraud prevention purposes). If you want us to ship to your work address, be sure to enter the full company name. Please note that on certain orders (like above $500), we may refuse to ship to an address that is NOT the billing address. Unfortunately fraudulent orders are becoming more common and we have to protect ourselves and our customers. ALL ORDERS shipping to an address that is different than billing will require a signature on delivery.
Most items are shipped from our location in Ohio. If you choose the Standard Ground (UPS Ground) shipping option, you can use the map below to determine how long it will take to recieve your package.
Certain items (like racing seats, and some helmets) may be drop shipped from the manufacturer, and will take 3-5 business days to reach you depending on your location.
NOTE: If you need your order to be delivered by a certain date, please note that in the comments box during checkout, or check with us via phone or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to find out where it is shipping from. Certain items, like helmets and seats, may have to be drop shipped from one of our distributors if they are not in stock here, so the shipping map below will not be accurate and it could take longer to get your order.
If you choose the 3 DAY SHIPPING option from our on-line shopping cart, the shipping charges shown are an estimate. If they end up being less than what is estimated, we will adjust them down before charging your credit card. If they are more than what is estimated, we will call you to confirm the extra charges.

You may return an item for refund within 30 days of the date your item is delivered. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, no exceptions. Please save all packaging. Customers will pay any and all shipping costs incurred for the order - that means you will pay to ship the item back to us AND if you received free shipping on your original order, we will deduct whatever our shipping cost was from your refund. On certain products there will also be a 5-10% restocking fee for items returned for refund. Please contact us if you have questions.
You may return an item for exchange within 30 days of the date your item is delivered. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, no exceptions. Please save all packaging. Customers will pay any and all shipping costs incurred for the order - that means you will pay to ship the item back AND you will pay shipping for the new item to be sent to you. There are no restocking fees for exchanges,
RETURN POLICY FOR CORBEAU AND SPARCO SEATS/BRACKETS
Most seats and bracket/sliders we sell are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or from our distributor. There is a 7 day (from the day you recieve the shipment) return/exchange policy on these items. On some of the more popular seats/colors, we may take them back into our own stock within 30 days, but contact us for details. There is a 15% restocking fee on all seats/brackets returned with or without an exchange. Customers will also pay ANY AND ALL shipping costs incurred. This can get expensive, so try and make sure the seats you are ordering will fit your vehicle. All seats, brackets, and harness belts must be returned in the original box and packaging, no expections. Please be careful when unpacking your order so that the boxes and packing material may be used again if necessary.
Please note that if you purchase Corbeau or Sparco bracket/sliders by themselves and do not order them along with seats, the bracket/sliders are NOT returnable, no exceptions.

Returns or exchanges are simple! Please follow these guidelines before returning any item for refund or exchange:
1) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any item and let us know the reason for requesting the return/exchange.
2) We will respond with a return authorization (RA) number and our return shipping address. The RA number helps us track and process your return quickly and efficiently. Be sure to write the RA number on the outside of your return package, include a copy of your original invoice, and return the package within 7 days of the receipt of your RA number. We will not accept any returns without an RA number.
3) All items returned must be in unused condition and in the original packaging...no exceptions. Do not return any item to us if you do not have the original box and all documentation that was included with it.
4) Insure all items for their full value. Lost or damaged parts cannot be exchanged or refunded.
5) Return packages must be sent pre-paid directly to the shipping address we provide you. We only accept packages sent via UPS, Fed Ex, or US Postal Mail. Any return sent COD will be sent back to you by your freight company.
6) Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment used for the original purchase, and are subject to the return and exchange policies outlined above.
Credit Card: Currently we accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders. Please note that your credit card WILL BE authorized at the time you place your order, but it WILL NOT be charged until your item(s) are ready to ship, or being prepared to ship (in the case of custom made-to-order items). An exception is when we only have part of your order in stock - in this case we will charge your card, ship what we have, and backorder what we don't have.
Pay Pal®: We now accept payments through Pay Pal. When you checkout, you will be given the option to pay with Pay Pal instead of regular credit card. Please make sure your shipping address is "confirmed" with Pay Pal. If it is not, we may contact you for further verification, and we will also require a signature on delivery.
Bill Me Later® by PayPal: Bill Me Later®, or PayPal Credit, is a PayPal service that gives you access to No Payments and No Interest if paid in full in 6 months on purchases of $99 or more. Think of it as a secure, instant and reusable credit line you can use at checkout when you pay with your PayPal account.
SoloRacer.com does not manufacturer the seats or other products we sell. All special order items will be charged in full at the time of the order. All special order items will be processed in the most efficient and timely manner possible. We cannot and will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges or credits will be honored for any special order or custom built items. It is the customer's responsibility at the time of ordering a special order to obtain an estimated time of arrival. The approximate time of arrival is just that - APPROXIMATE. SoloRacer.com will not be held responsible for specific ship-to or receiving dates of your special order, since they are for the most part, out of our control. Refusal of a special order shipment does not constitute your right to a refund of any kind whatsoever.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact SoloRacer.com within 48 hours of delivery date to report missing parts or incomplete shipments. No claims of any kind for product shortage will be honored if filed after 48 hours of the delivery date. No exceptions will be made.
SoloRacer.com does not manufacturer the seats or other products we sell. All merchandise distributed by SoloRacer.com is subject to the manufacturers' warranties only (if any). We make every effort to carry only the highest quality products. Some racing, special order, or custom-made parts are sold "as is" without any type of warranty, expressed, written, implied, or assumed. It is the responsibility of the customer and not SoloRacer.com to verify product warranty (if any) information. No labor inconvenience or damage charges are included in any guarantee or warranty claims. We will gladly assist you in handling warranty claims, but reserve the right to require you to deal with the manufacturer directly. Be aware that many manufacturers' warranties cover only the repair and not the replacement of a defective item at the sole discretion of the manufacturer of the product. Shipping charges to and from the manufacturer for most warranty claims are often non-refundable. Some warranty claims for sophisticated electronic devices can take upwards of 4 to 12 weeks or more to be processed by the manufacturer. It is the sole responsibility of the customer, and not SoloRacer.com to retain any sales invoices to assist in processing warranty claims.
Refused shipments (without prior approval) are automatically subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping charges. Orders that are undeliverable and re-shipped to the customer are subject to shipping charges (at normal shipping rates) and/or a restocking fee of 20%.
